The operating picture

Your business is connected.
Your systems should be too.

A rental commitment affects equipment, vendors, people, maintenance and billing. Equipro brings those relationships into one ERP approach, with workflows shaped around the way your business operates.

It is designed for equipment rental, crane rental, heavy fleet, transport and industrial services businesses that need coordinated operations and clear responsibility.

Common questions

A few useful
starting points.

Is Equipro only for equipment owned by our company?

The operating model can include owned equipment and vendor sub-rentals. Your workflows and the required level of tracking are defined during scoping.

Can we introduce the system in stages?

Yes. A phased implementation can prioritise the core workflows and extend coverage as the team adopts the system.

Can our existing records be brought across?

Data migration starts with reviewing your source records, required fields and data quality. Mapping, cleanup and validation are agreed as part of the implementation.

How does EasyLift relate to Equipro?
